About This Journal

About Localgrove Stagecraft

Localgrove Stagecraft is an independent business case journal focused on the editorial analysis of investor presentation formats and corporate pitch structures in Canada.

What We Cover

This journal covers the form and structure of presentations made by organizations to investor audiences. We examine pitch formats, board presentation conventions, pitch deck structure, and the communication dynamics of investor Q&A sessions. Our focus is on the format of communication — the conventions, structures, and patterns — not on investment outcomes, financial performance, or organizational strategy.

We do not cover financial markets, investment analysis, organizational valuations, or capital markets activity. We are an editorial journal, not a financial publication.

Editorial Character

Our coverage is observational and analytical in character. We describe and examine patterns in investor and corporate presentation communication; we do not prescribe behavior, assess the quality of individual presentations, or make recommendations about how organizations should present to investors. All content is produced by an internal editorial team.

Independence

Localgrove Stagecraft is independently operated and has no affiliation with any organization, investor, corporation, government body, or commercial sponsor. It is not a trade publication, consulting platform, or financial information service. For our editorial standards, see our Editorial Policy.
